RQM Troubleshooting

Tips:

  1. If Disposition Job failed to dispose of documents and they are in incomplete status, launch Record client, and use Disposition Manager located under Record menu to dispose of documents manually.
  2. If we notice the folder D:\RQM_Processing\log is full, we may need help IT to delete it at OS level. All xml files must be removed.
  3. Stop services – CTS + RPS + Tomcat, and clear cache, and start all services. Then try Disposition Manager to manully dispose of objects with disposition state set to ‘incomplete’.
    At times, it may be needed to remove cache on CS as well.
  4. RQM must be running in standalone server.
